Faithful Friend
Offer essential support to individuals navigating life after exploitation. This program pairs you with an individual, guiding them towards healing and a renewed sense of belonging in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll walk alongside them, showing what healthy relationships can look like.
GAP Nights
GAP Nights are a unique opportunity to connect deeply with those we serve through shared meals and conversations. You’ll participate in group dinners, offering a listening ear, sharing experiences, and providing encouragement to individuals on their paths to healing.
Court Support
Provide crucial assistance to individuals facing their abusers. This role involves offering emotional support, preparation for court appearances, and the courage to pursue justice. You’ll be a critical ally in their journey, ensuring they never feel alone during the legal process.
Continuing Care Community
Engage directly in the long-term support of individuals rebuilding their lives through our Continuing Care Community. Volunteers in this program facilitate group activities, provide one-on-one support, and contribute to a nurturing environment that encourages ongoing growth and healing.
Meals Team
The Meals Team meets an essential need of the women we serve – nourishment. Volunteers help provide, prepare, or deliver meals for Gap Nights, special events, and other gatherings throughout the year.
Media Team
Capture and share the powerful stories of hope and transformation happening through Re-fined. Volunteers use their creative and technical skills in photography, videography, and audio/visual production to document events, create content for promotions and storytelling, and support the technical needs of live events.
Event Planning & Celebrations Team
Help bring Re-fined’s mission to life through meaningful events that celebrate hope and community. Volunteers assist with planning and executing fundraising events and special experiences for the women we serve – like holiday parties, pop-up shops, and graduations.
Professional Court Appearance Team
We believe every individual deserves to feel valued and seen. Styling Volunteers play a vital role in helping individuals feel confident and dignified as they testify in court against their abusers. This role combines compassion and professionalism, through practical support to reduce biases and judgements impacting jury perceptions.
Professional Services Committees
Use your business acumen to further Re-fined’s mission and reach through one of our leadership committees. Whether creative, strategic, or technical, each volunteer brings their expertise to help reach survivors and restore dignity. Join us in building sustainable growth, community trust, and operational excellence.
Marketing & Communications Committee
Help share Re-fined’s story with clarity and impact. This committee focuses on brand strategy, marketing collateral, website, social media, storytelling, and outreach—ensuring every message inspires awareness, engagement, and support for survivors.
Finance & Operations Committee
Guide the stewardship of Re-fined’s resources. Volunteers contribute financial, administrative, and operational expertise to ensure accountability, transparency, and long-term sustainability across all programs.
Development and Fundraising Committee
Fuel sustainability and growth through relationship-building and generosity. Roles may include donor relations and event support, grant writing and research, sponsorship outreach, and fundraising campaign planning. This team is perfect for volunteers who are energized by connecting people to a mission!
Board of Directors & Advisory Leadership
Provide strategic oversight and visionary guidance. Members help shape the organization’s direction, uphold governance standards, and leverage their networks to advance Re-fined’s mission at the highest level.
